DEPOSIT/FINAL PAYMENT (ALL FUNDS ARE PER PERSON IN US DOLLARS)
Please complete and sign the Registration Form and remit with a $550.00 US deposit per
person at the time of booking.
Deposit form of payment accepted is: Visa, Mastercard or American Express, cheque (payable
to “Aufgang Travel”), bank draft, wire transfer etc. The balance and final payment is due: July 17,
2018.
Any registrations made within 90 days of departure must be accompanied by full payment at the time
of booking.
*The above land rate is based on a minimum of 10 participants. Should the number of participants
booked fall short of the minimum number required, an additional supplement
may apply. Should this occur, participants booked will have the option to withdraw at no penalty.
** There will be a price reduction based on 15 participants.

CLAIMS AND REFUNDS
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by Aufgang Travel and will only be considered
in effect as of the date received. Aufgang Travel will not accept any liability for claims that are
not received within 30 days of the termination of the program. There will not be any refund made
for any missed or unused services.

PENALTIES
The following per person charges will be assessed if a cancellation is received:
Up to 90 days prior to departure, the deposit amount becomes 100% non-refundable
Between 89 and 61 days prior to departure, 50% of the per person cost becomes non refundable
Between 60 days or less prior to the commencement of the tour, the entire land cost becomes
100% non-refundable

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance and/or
Out-of-Country Medical Insurance which is available at additional cost. Please ask us for details.
Premium is non-refundable.

DOCUMENTATION/PASSPORTS
All participants must be in possession of a passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond
the date of return. Since the regulations to various countries differ with individual citizenships,
it is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain at his own expense, all documentation required.
In the event that the passenger does not obtain the required documentation, he/she may be denied
boarding or refused entry into the country of destination. No refund will be made under such
circumstances.
CHANGES
The prices quoted are based on current tariffs and rates of exchange in effect April 09, 2018 and
are subject to adjustment without prior notice. Aufgang Travel reserves the right to increase
the tour price should the minimum number of participants not be fulfilled. Aufgang Travel also
reserves the right to withdraw the tour or any part thereof as it deems necessary caused by events
beyond our control. The itinerary and arranged sightseeing tours are subject to change at any time
due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to operate the tour as planned, but
alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

CHANGES/PRE OR POST ARRANGEMENTS
Any changes to the existing program or requests for pre and post arrangements will be subject
to an additional handling fee of $100.00 U.S. per person, per change.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Your authorization to use your credit card for payment indicates your compliance with our booking
terms and conditions.

UNUSED SERVICES
There will be no refund for any unused services.

SPECIAL NOTE
Please be advised that there may be living standards and practices different to Canadian
standards with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation.

PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITY
It is the responsibility of the traveler to provide us with correct, complete and accurate
information regarding your personal details. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in
irrecoverable loss. If you have made independent travel arrangements, you accept full
responsibility for joining the tour on time.
ERRORS AND MISPRINTS
In the event of errors or misprints, we reserve the right to requote or offer full refund of
monies paid without further liability.

AIRFARE
Should you require information regarding airfare, we would be happy to assist. Please note
that airfares are not guaranteed until such time as the ticket is actually issued.
Disclaimers:
Aufgang Travel acts only as an agent for suppliers and contractors who provide
accommodation and other travel related services with regard to the itinerary. We will exercise
reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, we do not assume any liability whatsoever for
any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to person and property because of an act
of default of any hotel, airline carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the
services included in the tour. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or to
substitute comparable service without notice. The right is reserved to decline or accept or retain
any tour passengers should such person’s health or general deportment impede the operation of the
tour to the detriment of the other tour participants. Rates are based on standard rooms unless
otherwise indicated.
No refunds will be given for unused package inclusions.
Itineraries may be altered as a result of security, logistics or weather concerns determined
by either Aufgang Travel or the tour operator or the group leader. Costs associated by such changes
are the responsibility of the group. In the event of currency fluctuation, hotels and other vendors
may add surcharges; Aufgang Travel reserves the right to pass such increases on to trip
participants.
Pricing is based on a minimum of 15 participants; should the group number fall below the minimum,
Aufgang Travel reserves the right to alter the program and/or recalculate the pricing.
